Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Zoozoo subscription at any time — there's no long-term contract or lock-in period. Simply contact us to request cancellation, and we'll process it promptly.

Refunds

Since Zoozoo is billed monthly at ₹299, cancelling stops future billing. Amounts already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases such as a billing error or duplicate charge.

Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review and correct it.
