Zoozoo.in is not a retailer or a seller of groceries or other merchandise. Zoozoo.in provides you the tools you need to shop from your computer, tablet or phone. Choose your supermarket and select your groceries with just a few clicks, and a Zoozoo.in Personal Shopper in your area will shop and deliver to your doorstep.

Where does Zoozoo.in deliver?
Since 2017, Zoozoo.in was founded initially in Chennai city like ADAMBAKKAM, GUINDY , we will do our expansion throughout the entire Chennai with reference to the customer response.

What are your working hours?
We are perfoming the delivery in 2 ways:
Groceries: 10 AM to 9 PM
Vegetables:7:30 AM to 9 PM.
Customers can Purchase both Groceries and vegetables in a single order or their convenient time. ZOOZOO.in will also helps customers to select the varies timing for purchase. On holidays, our hours of operations are subjected to store holiday hours. Delivery times are allocated into 1-hour time slots that you can choose from.

What is the cost of delivery?
Zoozoo.in its claiming small amount of delivery charges for each order. For "Normal delivery" the delivery charge would be Rs.39/- and Rs.59/- for the "Express delivey", There is no minimum order value for placing an order on Zoozoo.in.

Is there a fee to shop in more than one store?
Yes, if you want the best of both worlds, we would love to make it happen for you. Unlimited shopping at an extra store comes at a nominal delivery, per store. Single store shopping is always included with each order.

What can I buy from Zoozoo.in?
Basically everything you would buy during your grocery shopping! If it fits into a grocery bag, Zoozoo.in shops and delivers it to you! Who will be delivering the goods?
The Zoozoo.in team of Personal Shoppers are trained and tested to shop for your grocery needs. They will be bringing your groceries to your doorstep or workplace. Upon placing an order with Zoozoo.in, we find you a Personal Shopper best suited to you. Once a shopper is assigned to your order you will receive an email from us telling you who your personal shopper is and how to reach them.

What is the deadline to place an order so I can receive same day delivery?
You can make your order at any time, It will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 hrs from the order placed. Suppose if you placed the order after 9pm, it will be delivered to you next day morning 10 AM.

Do I need to be home for a delivery to be made?
We are more than happy to leave your order with a family member, doorman or front desk if you have shared this with your shopper. We are also happy to follow instructions to leave on a front/back porch or another location, but we will not be responsible for your order if you requested to do so.

Do you accept returns?

What is your cancellation policy?
Yes you can do the order cancellation before shipping has been initiated by zoozoo.in delivery exectives from the shop. Please bear in mind for normal delivery you can do the cancellation. You will not be permitted for cancellation while you opted for zoozoo express or instant delivery, because the order will be delivered within 1 hr.

What if I find an item that is priced incorrectly or unfairly?
Please get in touch with us over email or phone, if you find the price of any item on the Zoozoo.in site to be unfair or incorrect and we will make necessary changes.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
